1 sheet puff pastry sheet thawed
1 egg whisked egg wash
jam
Berry to garnish
powder sugar to dust
Cream Cheese Filing
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven 400F
On a lightly floured surface, cut puff pastry sheet to 8 square pieces.

Make each puff pastry to the preferred shape, add cream cheese mix and fruit. Lightly brush egg wash.
Bake for 20 minutes, on the middle rack and rotate the baking sheet half way through baking.
