This will give you a quick and very basic example of how to make a fondant bow. I make my bows from 3 parts Gum Paste to 1 part Fondant.
Here is the size I used again in case you missed it: 11″ long by 3″ wide — Actually — I made a 12″x 3″ long piece, and then cut off a 1″ piece so that the final piece is 11″ x 3″ long.

Light turned on and that seems to make it dry faster. Remember — The thicker your piece the longer it takes to dry. There are many ways to make bows — this is just the easiest way that I’ve done it.
