EDIT: Goodness last time I saw this video it was at 46K views, wonder why this video skyrocketed in views all of a sudden.

Since a lot of morons think that I’m using mods to achieve this, you guys are sadly mistaken. This is an EXPLOIT within the single player campaign from the mission “fair game” for Cletus where you are doing your first hunt as Trevor. The game disables the wanted level system during this mission which was how I was able to get into the base. Geez, that hard to read a description??? Now stop saying I’m using mods already. Also this is on PS4, not PC where mods are god.
