Acrylic Pouring With Star Cookie Cutters

You know how love making art experiments with kitchen supplies, right? This time we made an acrylic pouring experiment using star shaped cookie cutters. Watch the satisfying video until the end to see the final result!
Friends, instead of pouring the acrylic paint from the cup, we mixed the colors in three cups, then poured them inside these start shaped cookie cutters. After they were filled, we pulled them up and handled the canvas until we got this really colorful abstract painting. We really enjoyed this experiment and we just love the final result, so we’ll definitely try it again!
FYI, the paint was previously mixed with water, floetrol and a few drops of silicone fluid. Here are the exact proportions:
1 oz of acrylic paint
1 oz of floetrol
0.5 oz of water
A few drops (4-5) of silicone fluid
As you can see in the video, first we coated the canvas with a black base (which is black acrylic paint, also mixed with floetrol and water). After handling the canvas, we heated the silicone with a small blow torch, in order to form the beautiful cells you can see in the final picture.
