Runner up of the 2012 Curtin Commercial Innovation Awards, is Professor Xiangyu Wang’s project on contextual computing. Australia’s largest oil and gas producer, Woodside, is proactive in generating research to solve technology problems that affect the industry. The company recently began collaborating with construction management expert Professors Xiangyu Wang to address productivity issues in LNG plant construction. The Curtin team apply augmented reality, to Woodside’s enhanced technologies.
