Materials and Tools:
— polymer clay Premo (bronze color: black+gold);
— foil by Lisa Pavelka;
— PanPastel — bronze color (or any brand of metal powder);
— ammolite workpiece;
— UV nail gel (Top);
— UV Magic Gloss by Lisa Pavelka;
— extruder;
— metal Rod with a thread to make the texture;
— polymer clay blade;
— acrylic rolling pin.
— I bake 20 min at 140-150″C.. start from cold oven — I put items in cold oven and set 150… but when I see that my thermometer already shot 150’C — I make 140″C
All links where to buy Cutters, Molds or Glazes and others tools, I’ll leave under the video! Do not ask questions «Where to buy» without looking at the info under the video, I almost don’t answer on such of the questions. If you are too lazy to search, why do I have the time to search for links for you? 😉
In this video, I want to show you how to make an interesting pendant in the technique of imitating Ammolite stone and imitating fossil Ammonite.
How to make imitations of Ammolite, you can find out in my previous video, link under the video! Here:
And now, I’ll show you how to make an ammonite shell! To do this, I will use polymer clay Premo bronze (to obtain this color, mix black and gold clay in equal proportions, or you can take more black for a darker color), and we also need foil by Lisa Pavelka.
For toning, I will use pastel metallic bronze color by PanPastel. If you do not have such a pastel, you can replace it with a metal powder of any brand!
In my work I also will use an extruder (purchased at Aliexpress) — but you can do without it! And also, a metal rod with a thread to make the texture! Links where to buy, I’ll leave under the video!
