The Ever After High Spellbinding Secret Chest from Mattel is a voice-activated secret storage chest. The chest features cards with secrets from some of the popular Ever After High characters, a voice-activated lock, and hidden compartment where you can hide your own secret items and mementos. To lock the box, record your password. To do so, open the box and scroll through the options button. When you hear the phrase, «Your Password,» press the record button and when the jewel lights up record your password. Once it’s saved, it will prompt you to state your password every time you press the jewel to open the box. The password is completely voice activated, so even if someone else tries to use your password the Secret Chest won’t let them in.

Don’t have anything important to hide? Turn your security settings off by hitting the Security Button inside the box, which features a lock symbol.

In addition to locking your own secret mementos inside the actual box, you can also use the included keys to safely record your secrets and memories. Each key has a theme and character associated with it, Briar Beauty’s Secret to Sleep On. You can use those themes or just the key’s colors to help remember where you stored each secret. Play back your secrets anytime by turning the corresponding key in the lock or by flipping through the options setting. You can record one secret per key and the only way to erase those secrets, once recorded, is to record over them. If you have a keepsake stored in your secret chest associated with that key you can also use the reusable memory stickers to catalog it as a reminder.
