How to make an Ariel princess mermaid cake — the little mermaid cake. I show how I make my Ariel mermaid cake decorations for a fondant cake (well cake dummy in this case).

The doll is plastic but everything else is hand made by me including all the fondant ocean theme creatures for an under the sea themed mermaid cake. They include Ariel the little Mermaid, Flounder the fish, fondant starfish, shells, clam, pearl, seaweed, message name plaque and corals.
