This is how I make fondant for cake or sugar modeling
If you are in humid summer, same amount of water B ,
If you are in dry winter put double of water B
Sugar powder: 500g
Water A (water with gelatine) : 35g
Gelatine powder: 12g
CMC Powder: 1.5g
Corn syrup: 72g
Water B : 17g
