Gumpaste blueberries as part of foliage fillers is a major trend in creating modern sugarflowers and in cake decoration. This tutorial will show you an easy way to create it and make it your own.

YOU WILL NEED:

gumpaste, food colours / dusts / brushes / foam to dry on

sugar glue or egg white, con flour or icing sugar for dusting
leaf cutter ( it’s possible but difficult to do leaves without cutters) & veiner
grooved board , at least one sugar rolling pin
wires , gauge 30 or 28
ball tool ( or you can use end of you rolling pin)
plastic sleeve or flat zip bag for storing cut outs
flower tape
green board really helps, too, it’s cheap and worth buying if you can
