Ingredients
Sabudana ( 1 cup)
 Peanuts (1/2 cup)
 Water for soaking ( 3/4 cup)
 Ghee ( 2 tbsp)
 Potato ( 1 large/ cubed 3/4 cup)
 Cumin seeds/ sabut jeera ( 1 tsp)
 Salt (1 1/4 tsp or as per taste)
 Green chili,  2 small, chopped
 Ginger chopped, 1 tbsp
 Curry leaves ( 4-5)
 Black pepper powder/ kali mirch ( as per taste)
 Coriander/ cilantro leaves/ hara dhaniya ( 2 tbsp, chopped)
 Lemon juice ( 1 tbsp/as per taste, optional)
 Sugar ( 1/2 tsp, optional)
