In a spiritual sense, we believe that we radiate an energy field or aura around us that others might feel. This energy field or aura is what will attract people to us. When you have an energy field or aura of positive energy, you can release an aura of peace and calm and other positive feelings. With this aura, we can inspire, motivate and drive the people around us to be this way. If you give out too much negative energy, you can repel close friends and family and maybe attract the wrong company to your circle. Negative energy would include being tensed most times, being full of anger and anxiety.

Once a negative thought develops, immediately stop thinking about it. Focus on positive things instead so that you will divert your mind. Doing so will help you to always be full of positivity. This will then always create an aura of energy full of positivity.
• Listen to good music that will help to influence positive thoughts and emotions. The music should have pleasant lyrics if they are songs you want to listen. They should help to give you pleasantness. You can also listen to our playlist of music that will help you to increase positivity thus giving off an aura of positive energy.
• You should take care of your body. You should do that by eating good food, sleeping well and exercise. By exercising, you can release endorphins in our body which helps to trigger positive feelings. When you try to eat healthy, you should avoid junk food with high sugar and oil. Lessen your consumption of alcohol and caffeine as well.
The above are some techniques you can use to build up more positive energy in you. The best way of doing so will always seem like practicing meditation. It is recommended by people as it has a profound lasting effect. It is also used in religious practices to aid their understanding of energy and spirituality in them. Circumstances of negative energy can arise. The only thing is to lessen the negativity in your life. As you lessen them, you will find that you will have more room for positivity in your life. This way, you can always attract the good people in your life. Your positive attitude might also influence others towards living this lifestyle.
