Hi! In this tutorial I show how to make brush embroidery with royal icing on a cake.

RECIPE:
1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
4,50 oz pasteurized egg whites;
28 oz of powdered sugar

You can divide the recipe in 2 or 4. For small amounts add only a few drops of lemon juice.
